Tuesday at San Gabriel

Tuesday at San Gabriel was eventful. We finished cleaning out the room to lay tile and started on the roof. The flooring went well. We got tile laid in about 2/3 of the room. Roof coating got about 2/3 done also with the first coat. The team went up on another roof to check the condition. Apparently it wasn't too good, because Ralph fell through. It was very scary. We started to pray immediately. Praise God he walked out. He landed on a bucket that may have saved his life. He was taken to Dr. Sergio for a check and all was ok. He is bruised and sore, but doing great. The afternoon with the boys was great. We got our CD player back, so we told them how proud of them we were and it tied nicely with the lesson of the day, God's Unconditional Love! The first lady was there for a visit and she brought cake and pizza, so we took a break for that. Then we finished the afternoon with games of tug o' war, soccer, and face painting. Adios Alisha
